By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Descriptions

All products sold on our website are used and refurbished. We make every effort to display product colors, features, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be exact. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. 6-Month Limited Warranty

We provide a 6-month limited warranty on all items purchased from our store, commencing from the date of delivery.

What is Covered:

  • Malfunctions due to manufacturing or refurbishment defects.
  • Hardware failures under normal use.
  • Performance issues that arise within the warranty period.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, minor discoloration).
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, unless defective upon arrival).
  • Software-related issues, viruses, or user-installed applications.
  • Products purchased from third parties or unauthorized resellers.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Contact our support team at info@spacemax.co.za within the warranty period.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos/videos.
  3. If the issue is covered, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
  4. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our facility; we cover return shipping for approved claims.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in Rands and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, eft.
  • Your order is confirmed only once payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping costs and taxes will be displayed at checkout.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any shipping-related damage or incorrect items.

6. Returns and Refunds

30-Day Return Policy:

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

  • The item is in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
  • It is not excluded from returns (see product page for details).
  • A return authorization is obtained from our customer service.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacemax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
